KOELT is a fictional brand — a design and storytelling study. There is no laundry service, no estate in Stone Ridge, and Ruth, regrettably, does not exist. Nothing is sold here, no payments are taken, and applications to the registry are not fulfilled. The craft on this page is real; the company is not.

Only what you choose to give us:

• If you submit the application: the name, location, email address, and collection size you enter.
• If you email us: your address and whatever you write.
• With each submission, for abuse prevention: your IP address and browser identifier. IPs are also held for up to one hour to limit repeat submissions.

That is the entire list. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no social-media pixels.

We set none. Cloudflare, which delivers this site and runs the quiet bot-check on the form, may set strictly necessary security cookies of its own — they tell people from bots, identify no account, and follow no one around the web. Nothing beyond these essentials is used, so there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Form submissions are stored with Cloudflare, encrypted at rest. Email to our addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a private mailbox. The site is hosted by Hostinger. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.

Write to [email protected] to see, correct, or delete anything you have submitted. Deletion requests are honored without ceremony.

For visitors in the EEA or UK: the legal bases we rely on are your consent, given when you submit the form, and legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse.
